Monasteries and Holy Places in Jerusalem: maintenance work continues

Both regular and special maintenance works are being carried out at St. Saviour’s Monastery and other monasteries in the surrounding areas: in particular, at Gethsemane Monastery and the Monastery of the Flagellation.

The Technical Office is in addition coordinating interventions to preserve frescoes at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, windows at the sanctuary in Mount Tabor and St. Saviour’s Church, and a wood altar at the 7th Station of the Way of the Cross.
